My approach at your event
With over a decade in the creative sector and formal training behind every brushstroke, I create elegant, expressive watercolour paintings that capture the people and moments of your event or wedding, live at the event itself.

What is live illustration? Put simply, I paint your guests on the day. Each painting takes between 5-10 minutes, with plenty of time built in for chatting with guests and posing for photos. Frequently, guests love to interact and watch the creation of these paintings in real time.

Every piece is painted with professional Winsor & Newton watercolours on acid-free paper, then presented in a protective sleeve and branded black envelope.

This style uses both watercolours and pens to create quick, highly expressive artworks that render subjects more loosely. Perfect for fast-paced events with a busier guest list.

I offer two painting styles to choose from:
On-site or Hybrid
At every booking I spend my time painting primarily    on-site at your event, and every painting is completed and made available there on the day. Hybrid Packages include studio time to finish a larger number of portraits.

Wedding packages begin at £405 for a 3-hour booking, while other events are priced at £135 per hour. Pricing varies based on the number of guests you'd like painted and whether you choose an on-location or hybrid package.
Standard bookings range from 2 to 7 hours. For larger events, I offer hybrid packages that combine live illustration with studio time to ensure no guest is left out.
That's where hybrid packages excel. I take photos of remaining guests on the day and finish their portraits in my studio, delivering the complete set after your event.
I'm Glasgow-based but always happy to travel around the UK and beyond! Please note that the travel costs will be invoiced after the event. If the travelling time exceeds 2 hours from Glasgow, a extra fee for overnight accommodation might be charged.
